67keys produces keyboards individually to order, hand-assembled, in limited batches. The store does not accept returns or exchanges after order confirmation and production commencement. Please carefully review product specifications before placing an order.
01 — Exceptions: Defects & Damage
If the keyboard arrives with demonstrable manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit, we will repair or replace the unit at no additional cost, provided:
- You contact [email protected] within 7 calendar days of receipt.
- You provide photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.
- The defect is confirmed as manufacturing-related, not caused by misuse.
The store is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by misuse or customer modifications.
- Normal wear and tear during use.
- Incompatibility with third-party software or hardware.
02 — Order Cancellation
Order cancellation without penalty is accepted only before order confirmation and payment.
After payment confirmation and production commencement, cancellations are not accepted due to the bespoke nature of the product.
