01 — General Information
The online store 67keys is operated by an individual entrepreneur (ФОП), Tax ID ІПН: 3936306639, registered in Ukraine in accordance with applicable law.
The store operates exclusively online via https://67keys.com. There is no physical retail location. All operations are conducted remotely.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms.
02 — Products
67keys sells premium custom mechanical keyboards, hand-assembled in limited batches. All keyboards listed on the site are in stock and ready to ship.
All product specifications (mounting style, PCB, plate, lubrication, weight) are listed on the respective product pages. Images may vary slightly due to monitor calibration.
03 — Ordering Process
- The buyer places an order on the website. All listed keyboards are finished, assembled units ready to ship.
- We confirm the order within 24 hours.
- If an item turns out to be unavailable due to a stock error, we notify the buyer immediately and offer: a full refund or an equivalent item at the same price.
- After confirmation and payment, the keyboard is dispatched within 1–3 business days. We aim to ship on the same day the order is placed whenever possible.
- After dispatch, the buyer receives a tracking number.
04 — Payment Methods
Payments are processed through the secure payment gateway MonoPay by monobank, certified to PCI DSS standard. Available payment methods:

The store does not store payment card data. All payment information is processed directly by MonoPay (monobank).
05 — Delivery
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries and territories: Russia, Belarus, China, North Korea (DPRK), Iran, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, Myanmar (Burma), and any other jurisdiction subject to international sanctions by the UN, EU, or US, or designated as a state sponsor of terrorism.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping cost is confirmed at the order verification stage based on destination and carrier.
After dispatch, the buyer receives a tracking number.
06 — Prices & Currency
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion is performed at the rate of the buyer's bank or payment provider at the time of payment.
The store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price confirmed at ordering is fixed and will not change.
07 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine.
